Hi there! I’m Dr. Aleia Hollands. I earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Agriculture as well as my Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Georgia. While I’m from a small Georgia town and Dawg at heart, I moved to Saint Petersburg shortly after graduating. My professional interests include feline medicine, preventative medicine through client education, and nutrition as a component of wellness and management for chronic diseases. My ultimate goal as a veterinarian is to be a voice for animals who can't speak up for themselves and to strengthen the bond between pets and their people.At home, my family members include a rescue chihuahua named Murray, my husband Dan, and two kitties, Charcoal and Kiwi, both of whom were strays that I just couldn’t turn away. Since moving to Saint Pete, I’ve been enjoying kayaking on the bay for some dolphin spotting, maintaining a small patio garden for my pets to sun in, and exploring the variety of food and art available downtown. I am delighted to serve the cats and dogs of Bay Moorings. I look forward to getting to know you and your pets.
